Wonderful hotel with friendly staff would definitely stay again. Only drawback is parking as the ncp car park which is the closest we had to pay twice as were going out after check in. Cost over 20 quid just for the parking !

This is my first visit to UK. However, the hotel has never been a pleasant experience. 1) Location and Room condition. The hotel is located at center of city. It was relatively clean but not elaborately organized, some lights were not turned on, and the atmosphere was dark and gloomy. The room was relatively large, had 2 more useless beds and the Wifi was the worst. Not recommended for business 訂房網站s. 2) services and staff quality Breakfast and dinner are served and the taste is average. Considering the price, I don't recommend it that much. A few staff are kind, but Some staff are far from friendly and racist. Need to be careful.Employees should be trained in kindness and generosity. Beware of the guy with the weird British accent. But there are also really kind and great staff. (Sam) 3) Facility It's safe, but don't expect much because there are no special facilities or features other than the restaurant. It's a very normal level. 4) Overall I can't recommend it. If you don't have a place to book, find another Premere Inn. I will definitely go somewhere else next time. (I'll pay a little more and go to a better place.)
